Straightening machine with double unloading bench

A new application to the MILANI RT wire straightening machines:

thanks to the double unloading bench, it is possible to package with a predefined number of bars or specific weight of bars without having to stop production.

What are the benefits?

The ability to handle two bar packages simultaneously with a double unloading table can significantly increase the efficiency and productivity of the production process, because it allows you to work on two different packages independently and in parallel.

Eyeletting machine

Unlike most of the eyeletting machines on the market, ours is made as an accessory: the Milani eyeletting machine can in fact be used downstream of straightening machines made by us or by any other brand.
Up to 20 pieces per minute with 4m bar lenght
The machine makes an eyelet at one end of the bar when it comes out of the straightening machine in a single production; there is no need to rehandle the bar to make the eyelet later
The machine does everything automatically and it is not necessary to move the bar.

Eyeletting machine milani

Free turning payoff

This vertical axis payoff is equipped with a pneumatic brake that works with low pressure when the machine is running, and is used to keep the wire tension constant between the payoff and the machine.

Instead, it works with high pressure (6 bar) when the machine stops.

Available models:

AP0 – for coils up to 800 kg
AP1 – for coils up to 1500 kg
AP2 – for coils up to 3000 kg

Motorized pay off

This motorized vertical axis payoff is equipped with a motor with electronic speed variation, synchronized with the machine speed which therefore allows a constant tension of the wire between the payoff and the machine.

Available models:

AP0 – for coils up to 800 kg
AP1 – for coils up to 1500 kg
AP2 – for coils up to 3000 kg

Horizontal motorized payoff

This horizontal payoff is designed to unwind coils of metal wire wound on spools; it is equipped with a pneumatic brake that works with low pressure when the machine is running, and is used to keep the wire tension constant between the payoff and the machine.

Instead, it works with high pressure (6 bar) when the machine stops.

Available models:

OR2T – for coils up to 3000 kg

Bar align

Device for aligning and parallelizing straightened and cut bars; it has a vibrating system and a compactor on one side to make tidy bundles to allow simplified loading of the bars into the next machine.

There is only one model but with adjustable length up to a maximum of 12 meters.

Chamfering device

Machine that allows to perform a chamfer at the ends of the cut bar; it is possible to make bevels from 0.5 and 1 to 30 ° and 45 °

There are 2 types of chamfering:

CMR integrated chamfering machine

The chamfering machine is placed under the rod unloading bed, and works in line with the straightening machine, allowing to avoid the handling of the bars, and to obtain the finished product directly;

Independent chamfering machine with CMC loader

The chamfering machine is equipped with a loader for the cut bars;
Allows you to machine very short bars.

Wire lubrication

Device that atomises oil and air, and is sprayed on the wire to prevent marks from being made in the rotor.

Dust and calamine aspirator

Device that removes leftovers, scraps and dust caused by machinery during wire processing (calamine) to ensure that the machinery does not get damaged and that it remains clean.

There are 2 types: DF4 and DF6. The difference between the 2 is given by the volume of air they can suck in.

DF6 is recommended for larger machines, while DF4 is recommended for smaller machines.
