We are pleased to present the latest innovation in Milani Machinery’s RT series . This new model introduces an apparently simple but extremely functional innovation: thereversal of the wire machining direction. A modification that offers new possibilities for optimisation within production departments.
RT series innovation: from right to left
Normally, in the RT series machines, the wire is received from the left and, once processed, is ejected to the right. In this new version, however, the process is the other way round: the wire enters from the right and is ejected processed on the left. A change which, at first glance, might seem minimal, but which in reality allows the workflow to be optimised.
What is the advantage of this mirrored approach?
With this mirrored configuration, two machines can be positioned opposite each other, allowing one operator to operate both machines simultaneously. This results in a considerable reduction in labour costs and a significant increase in production efficiency.
